New Construction
A new custom home or a brand-new office, it's no problem for our team. Our cleaning operations team have developed, trained and executed an efficient cleaning strategy that provides not only a tidy job site for all specialty contractors throughout the build, but also a fresh and spotless finished product that is move-in ready. The biggest enemies during a new construction build are dust, dirt and debris. If left unacknowledged they become stubborn problems down the road and, in some cases, become disastrous issues for A/Cs, electrical outlets and cosmetic miscues. To combat this, our phase-based cleanings are strategically conducted during the build process to ensure that dust, dirt and construction debris is minimal and neutralized for our final product.
Our Phase-Based Cleaning Process
Frame Sweep
Once framing is complete, we remove trash, dirt and construction debris and dispose is designated area. Next, a rolling magnet is used to pick up any loose fasteners left on site.
Rough Clean
This top to bottom cleaning is primarily completed prior to carpet and A/C. The main purpose of this cleaning is to remove all standing dust, dirt and debris, to assist with appliance health, and overall future cleanliness.
Final Clean
This final phase is our last top to bottom cleaning in the new construction process. With a keen attention to detail, our team will ensure the property exceeds expectations and is move-in ready.
